Black felt with a shaped tall crown as well as a wider brim . There is a wide green felt band.

There is a fine elastic placement strap.

Fairly free size due to its perching nature . Internal measurement 18” worn tilted to one side

Excellent condition for its now nearly 80+ years of age . It presents and wears well . Colour strong and true could.
